Illusionist, magician and daredevil David Blaine is coming to Dublin’s 3Arena for a one off show as part of a seven date arena tour of Britain and Ireland.

Tickets for the June 8th show will go on sale on Friday, March 29th.

Blaine famously spent 44 days in a glass box suspended over the River Thames in London. He was on camera at all times and did not eat at all for the duration of the stunt.

The new show will have to be a bit shorter but he promises that they will be “an experiment in and of itself.”

The Real or Magic name of the tour is a reflection of the movie of the same name from 2013 where he performed magic in front of a variety of celebrities including Woody Allen and Will Arnett.

While not giving anything away as regards the content of the show promoters Live Nation have said that it will only be suitable for those aged 13 and above.

Probably a little more than a three card trick or a box with swords thrust through it then.
