Picture This are heading to Killarney for a blockbuster reopening of our friends at the Gleagle INEC Arena.
The venue, one of the largest in Munster and a high point for touring acts to play is undergoing a €500,000 make over with production, lighting and technical facilities all being upgraded and an increase in capacity to 4,142.
Considering the band sold out their five night stay at the 3Arena in minutes earlier this year there is likely to be strong demand for this taking place on december 20th.
After Dublin the band toured the US and have been continuing to garber rave reviews.
“Picture This played with us when they were starting out back in 2015 so it’s a bit special to have them come back now into our brand new facility.”
“The work we are undertaking will build on the success of the INEC as one of Ireland’s premier venues and having one of our biggest bands the first to appear on stage is a statement of intent.”
The venue is still hosting concerts while the work is being undertaken with 71 concerts listed on their website over the summer.
Pepsi, Bulmers, Audi and Carlsberg are all on board as commercial partners of the venue.
