Virgin Media Solutions have unveiled Permanent TSB as the sponsor of ‘Buyers Bootcamp’, a Virgin Media Player and Set Top Box exclusive.

The brand new six-part series follows the journey of six couples as they set out on their journey to buy their first homes.

‘Buyers Bootcamp’ which is presented by Darren Kennedy and property expert Liz O’Kane, is produced in partnership with Permanent TSB and Virgin Media Television and will air exclusively on the Virgin Media Player and Set-Top Box.

The content is obviously in the sweet spot for a mortgage lender that is keen to rehabilitate its reputation after some rocky years in media terms.

Choosing to go with an established mainstream media partner as opposed to creating content and publishing via owned media or a partnership with one of the more online media like packed.house or Joe is also an interesting development.

Episodes 1 to 3 of Buyers Bootcamp will launch on the Virgin Media Player and Set Top Box today, Friday 19th of July. Episodes 4 to 6 will follow next Friday, 26th of July.
