It is one of a host of items going under the hammer at a movie memorabilia auction being held in London on September 20th.
It’s being run by a company called Prop Store which was set up by film buff Stephen Lane in 1998 and which now employs 30 staff at offices in London and Los Angeles.
They have storage facilities of 2,500 square meters packed with items that fans would go misty eyed for and now they are offering some of them for sale.
Fancy Marty McFly’s hover board from Back to the Future or stormtrooper helmets from Star Wars?
Or how about a Bubba’s Shrimp Shack hat worn by Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump.
The piece de resistance in next months sale will be the jacket worn by Han Solo when he kissed Princess Leia in The Empire Strikes Back. If you think that would look as good across your shoulders, then you should make your way to the British Fim Institute IMAX Theatre.
You will though need to have a cool €1 million or thereabouts as that what the guide price is.
If you’re in London between September 6th and the date of the auction, all of the lots will be on public display.
