The Irish version of the hit talent show, Ireland’s Got Talent, which debuted on TV3 earlier this year has been snapped up by digital channel 5Star and is now airing every weeknight on the station for UK fans.

Michelle Visage, Denise Van Outen, Louis Walsh and Jason Byrne were judges on the first series, which aired on TV3 from early February until the end of March and now audiences in the UK will get a chance to watch the series.

A wide range of contestants applied and auditioned for the talent competition, including dancer Zacc Milne, drag queen Paul Ryder, Singing sensation Evelyn Williams and overall winners RDC dance troupe.

TV3 has just finished the Irish Broadcast of the original British version, Britain’s Got Talent.

5Star is one of the channel in the Channel 5 family, owned by Viacom.

It attracted an audience share of 6.71 percent in 2017 across all of its channels.
