It may not quite be the mega event of Ed Sheeran but one of the summer highlights of 2019 is sure to be the three dates announced this morning by George Ezra.
The outdoor concerts will take place at Irish Independent Park in Cork on June 20th, Malahide Castle in Dublin on June 21st and Ormeau Park in Belfast on June 22nd.
Tickets for all three concerts, priced at a competitive looking €49.90 including booking fee will go on sale next Wednesday, October 10th at 9 AM.
The announcement comes on the eve of Ezra’s major 2018 European tour in support of his UK number 1 album Staying At Tamara’s – officially the UK’s biggest selling album released so far this year.
‘Shotgun’ spent an astonishing 9 weeks atop the Official Irish singles chart and he was one of the stars at last month’s Electric Picnic.
All seventeen British dates on his tour between November and March are completely sold out, as are most of the other shows across Europe.
