Damien Dempsey, fresh from his performance at the inaugural Dublin Racing Festival at the weekend has announced he will play at Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens on Saturday, 14th July.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow morning priced at €40.

He will be joined on the night by Antrim group Beoga who collaborated on two tracks on Ed Sheeran’s Divide Album and by hip-hop artist Paul Alwright who will be releasing his debut album this year.

Hip-hop, traditional and the unmistakable voice of Dempsey should make for an eclectic evening in the back garden of the National Concert Hall.
